The technical support division of ADC Solution is dealing with immediate implementational and operational problems the end user meets using ENERGIS.
- Installation of new IS ENERGIS versions onto the technical equipment of the end user, data conversion according to new version.
- Re-installation of IS ENERGIS according to the change of operating platform, i.e. hardware of database server, network, operating system and data conversion to a new operating background.
- Training of users and administrators of IS ENERGIS.
- Consultation of problems connected with the use of IS ENERGIS, re-configuration of IS ENERGIS parameters to meet improvement of end user's production processes.
- Changes in configuration of IS ENERGIS according to the user’s requirements, i.e. configuration and editing of definition files when inserting new data sources or changing the parameters of data sources.
- Work such as elimination of failures of technical equipment delivered together with IS ENERGIS.
- Renting of development tools IS ENERGIS, training of system administrators.
